whats the pros and cons of either one? I remember duals were slow in iRose, not sure if it's the same now.

I'm reading on the rose site katars are better with a con/dex build and str/dex for duals, but I already started putting in str since I think thats what I put before with katars... I guess I should go with dual wield now but wanted to make sure they weren't as slow as remember them before leveling more.
