A PSU that will run it will cost around 50 USD at the least.

IMO, you should stick with the 4650 and buy a DS or something.

If you're Canadian:

It's on sale for a good price, should be pretty much future proof for a while.

I never said that he could run it.

I was actually thinking the same thing as you. Not many factory built computers will have a good psu unless they are the ones built for gaming which are overpriced anyway.

I have been on computers since the late 1980s and I have been building my own since the mid 1990s. I know what I am talking about too.

You need 2 6 pin connectors yes, but there's a lot of converter pieces and stuff like that so when it says 8-pin its usually a 6+2 pin.

Best to find one in your price range then research it a bit to make sure it has what you need. I think Corsair is the top brand atm, but OCZ is good too.

but voodoo were ok. 3dfx were pretty good.....too bad that the company 3dfx went out of business in early 2000.

Building your computer was not really that easy until the mid 1990s around the time 3dfx came out.

Although I still use my 1988 mac lol!

I might mod out the computer for fun.

I have a similar question, so I'll just ask here instead of making a new thread. I'm planning on upgrading my graphics card and ditch this integrated piece of shit <.< But I don't know what graphics card are compatible with my computer. How can I check that?
