A grand tournament for the ages. A champion from each world.

The maple tournament, created by the enigmatic ledgend attracts people from every world.

The purpose is simple, 32 people enter(can be any number however) and 1 person is crowned the winner

The winner is allowed an epic item, which allows for one wish.

The champions start on a starship owned by the ledgend. This ship hovers above the world the 2 champions will fight on.

after each battle the ship will port to a new world and new terrain.

Will your charcter emerge the winner? Or will they fall on their face.

Maple tournament is an idea created by an old member named Portick, and elaborated on by me(to give it a more storyline based element)

This is to be a banned story animation made with charcters made especially by you guys!

Basically what we want is a backstory of your charcter and why they are entering.

Your charcters overall personailty

2 weapons in Maple your charcter would use

3 or 4 skills your charcter would use

2 or 3 "traits" things that would be like passive abilities. so like superior abilities

A description of your "finishing attack"

A description of a "limit break" type attack, a desprate attack you would fire off when you're loosing to try and clinch the match

and what you are fighting for.

Your charcter will then be used in the videos as a champion fighter of their world. All animating will be done by portick and i will do most(if not all) of the writing.

If you want you can also write the first apperance of your charcter, how they find out about the tournament( the legend tells all the leaders of the towns to pick champions and get one to the ship) and how they journey to the ship.

Im extreamly confused. I make a banstory with the above info for what reason? They battle ? TF? :S

I make them battle logically. Depending on their personality, they make different decisions on their quest.(There's adventure also!)

This is my example(just the description, not the character) You guys don't need to be as thorough as me of course, but this is basically what we are looking for.

Charcter Name- Jenna Crysanthis

Backstory- Jenna and her twin Saturous were children of prophecy. Saturous was destined to destroy the world, and jenna to stop him.

After saturous was stolen by Adrian, the ruthless dictator of lescapia, Jenna's father, Omega, spirited her away to Thundran to live with his brother, and to be safe from adrian.

Jenna grew up not knowing her element early, or why it took her so long.

After Adrian invaded thundran to steal her, Jenna learned why. She was an ancient versalian, and it took her longer then most.

Nearly dying in the invasion, she learned her element, and battled Saturous and Adrian.

Her uncle(who she still belives is her father) died before she left.

As he was dying, he told jenna that she needed to represent Thundran in the great tournament before she beats Adrian in his own game.

As he explained that the world would be frozen in time during the tournament, and if jenna didn't accept her world would be decimated,and that the prize could do the impossible she agreed.

Without a second thought, she ran off to Orbis, where the ship was docked and waiting for her.


Personality- Jenna is Naive and Oblivious of a lot of things. She is an experience fighter who controls the power of wind.

While she is nice, she still broods over the loss of her father(uncle) and will do anything to get him back.


Jenna's weapons inclue- Her daggers which she can throw
and the elemental power of wind, which can push opponents back and return the daggers


Jenna uses the skills Boomarang step, Savage Blow, haste, and flash jump

Jenna's traits are- The power of wind, and speed

Jenna's finishing attack is a teleport, where she uses wind and flash jump to teleport in front and behind her opponent about 10 times and pummel them with her daggers

Jenna's limit break is a Wind wave that pushes, then pin's the opponent on the opposite wall while. Then she throws her daggers at them and heals.


Jenna is fighting for her family, thundran and Her uncle.
