yes i know you make them pixel by pixel and stuff but how to you make the npcs and sprites, like you have to make them in all the positions they can be in in the game???? and then how do i get them onto the engine?? thanks!

It all depends on what engine you're using.

I'm not really familiar with that type of engine, but generally what happens is you save all the sprites in a large image, and the game will interpret which image should be used when, based on where it is in the image. I'd ask the Mirage team.
