I really don't like how it's turning out, but that's only because I've read the novel. I guess it's similar to watching movie spin-offs of popular books. You're constantly going "WTF, THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN IN THE BOOK. WHY DID THEY SKIP THAT SCENE? HEY, HIS EYES SHOULD BE GREEN, NOT BLUE!"

Didn't want to double post but I'm somewhat excited.
So I followed people's advice and I'm currently on Episode 2 of the novel. AND GOOD LORD IT'S SO FREAKING GOOD. The anime is advancing at such an amazing speed I can't wait to SPOILER watch Kanon's fight against Beatrice's furniture, I didn't see that coming AT ALL./SPOILER.

i just watched Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and i gotto say at the first episodes i was really confused and couldnt get over the fact those 8year old sound like adults and when keichi came back alive the episode after he died i was confused even more but it wasnt untill the last few episodes when things got explained a bit and it started to make a bit sense, sadly it still left me with many questions at the end though, but overall it wasnt bad i guess. i wish they didnt put in the loli's and used adults instead but i asume they put them in to make the anime more shocking? they got me at that part, but why do they have to make them so god damn cute!! its sick rofl.
ill be watching season 2 in the next few days ![]() this is a different anime about the same stuff? Last edited by Abhorsen; 08-03-2009 at 12:20 PM. |
