I just got the email putting me into the Closed Beta stage for Dragonica's North American version 18 minutes ago.
You can download the CB client now.

wow ur lucky >.< im just gunna play the sea one to learn a few tricks so i can lvl better once na version hits ob but that might be awhile maybe towerds the end of summer which sucks...
