Is it true that its legal for the government now to come to your house search it without a warrant, arrest you, tap to your phone, and some other stuff, people has a lot less rights after 9/11.

H.R. 2454 is yet another "stealth bill" meaning it will not be fully read or debated. That alone should make you angry. There was several hundred pages added in at the last minute and the full bill is well over 1000 pages long.
