Known under a different name in Japan, but it's apparently getting ported to the US.
Looks pretty damn intense to me.

It's a collaberation between Sega and tri-Ace and it's going to be on PS3 and Xbx 360. It's called End Of Eternity in Japan.

EoE or RoF is definitely a game that I have kept an eye on. I love the OTT nature of those gun battles in the various videos I've seen so far. I was on the fence about it until those popped up and now it looks like a must have for the 360.
