I -think- it's Xbox 360 and PS3, I just saw the X360 part and didn't pay attention to the rest.

It's a collaberation between Sega and tri-Ace and it's going to be on PS3 and Xbx 360. It's called End Of Eternity in Japan.

EoE or RoF is definitely a game that I have kept an eye on. I love the OTT nature of those gun battles in the various videos I've seen so far. I was on the fence about it until those popped up and now it looks like a must have for the 360.
