if your steam account does not contain Source SDK, you cannot play
so ya just go look in the Tools tab and see if you got Source SDK base or not lol

there are also mods that use HL2 DM instead

certain mods use different versions of source sdk so some might work with tf2 and some wont

I took ALL THE INFO in that first post from their website.
It's not that hard people. If you have the LEGIT version of any of the games posted in the first post, then you can play the game, Neotokyo, when it comes out on July 3rd, 2009.
