Could someone tell me some good "anime... cartoon W/E" mmorpg that doesnt need kssn and is free to play?

well...
mainly all non-korean games doesn't require a kssn in order for you to play.
a "anime-ish" cartoon i'd recommend to you would probably be scions of fate,
but since you putted it so generally (and there are so much mmorpgs out there that are both cartoonie and fun),
you should probably check the big games list listed on the free mmorpg section
and check those mmorpgs out (some are newly released english ones).

Is Fanta Tennis planning to come to english in a few years? Or is it going to stay Japanese/Korean forever?

Just asking because I asked a friend on Infinity Online (Korea) and he said that he doubted it would come to english..And it did.

Spike online and Red Card look pretty damn fun, too bad I can't figure out the registration :s Koreans/Japanese people have all the good games
