Opinions.

A F2P game is as cheap as a P2P or a B2P game that is expensive.

If you think about it, most people who play a F2P game don't have a very good computer. And a B2P game usually requires at most a 100-300 dollars video card and other hardwares that the user can't probably afford.

Sometimes, you don't have a choice when it come to quality gaming. A 12 year old surely wouldn't have the potential to go out and get him/herself a neat tower to play all those fancy high spec games at good quality. That's just an example.

I'm not a cheapstake, I legally own HL2, TF2, CS, etc...

Thing is, I just want a FREE FPS game.

And yeah, I played Soldier Front and never liked it at all.
Operation 7 is okay but... eh...

You're a bit too picky, honestly. Not trying to be harsh or anything. There's just not a lot of F2P FPS games that are "mainstream". You've gone over pretty much all of them. So, I would suggest waiting for something like A.V.A. For the moment you're not going to really find what you're looking for. Quake Live is meh, at best. I was never a fan of Quake 3 Tournament, though.

A.V.A is probably going to be your best option once it's hosted. I think Ijji was the one getting it. Not sure about that, though. As for anything else you're looking to try. If you already own a Source game, I could recommend one of the Source Mods. Maybe Insurgency, or NeoTokyo. Both are pretty good games.

Yea dude.. dont be like me...

I totally understand, why you want another FPS...

With me.. I cant play the same FPS game for hours, with the same maps... ect... I need a game where I'm actually... progressing...(I dont mean leveling up ect..) I want a game that has an on going war...like WW2 online.. where you are actually fighting for land.. or whatever..
