Done with my 'experiment'.

Level 10 scout (No HP UP): 168 HP
Level 10 scout (HP UP - Level 5): 178HP

So it actually just gives what it says. Like at level 5 it says Max HP Increment 10. So it just gives 10 more.

It's like an auction housee, and @vesper aoeing and not getting hit is hard.
Update: Almost level 29. Wewt.

how do we pvp? the pve is really boring lol. i just hold ctrl....thats it....i have one good attack skill for single targets...no aoe.

I reached lvl 18 with Tax and Naro, stopped for the day.

Right click a person, and hit challenge. Then If he/she accepts. You'll be warped to a special arena.

spent 20 points on max mp increase--it gives 20 mp...not worth it...should be fixed if this is really the case...not worried about it...level 21 noticed how slow I level compared to you non mages
