Wow didnt know that Poison fog assaulter(AoE) did not have any cooldown 0_o..Check out the grind(Sorry crappy quality not my video)

Edit:Not to sure if its no cooldown,But she does the skill left and right and its only a 1dash skill so im guessing its no cooldown,But then again she uses savage blow right after that..

And it's unlikely we'll see a good free pvp mmo.

I think that the more you level up a skill the less cooldown it has. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
