Cant be 20 levels apart from your party members in order to receive exp from their kills,Also there is a party board you can check the board at any time,This makes partying really really easy!Though some people tend to just afk in town and suck up their party members leftover exp(the exp stored)

Yeah, there are Party Quests, you can do them solo too.
