Sorry should have made that a bit more clear,Theres a quest/PQ(NON-Repeatable)

But yea some quests tend to give out skill points =) however not that many,from lvl 1-30 theres about 3-4

Honestly dont try it just wait untill the 9th,Playing the jp one for now will just make CB a bit harder for you (you know like doing the lvl 1-20 training all over) Start fresh out the box!
