Vampire Knight. Eh, as fluffy shojo goes, it really wasn't as bad as it could have been. I'd rank it in the middle of the quality spectrum as far as vampire shows go.

Tokimeki Memorial is very good. It describes the psyche and desire of all high school pupils very well.
