Im a level 11 Gladiator on server Siel, i am loving the game but trying to force myself to not play cuz cb will wipe and hopefully i dont spoil my fun, i jus got wings and a smexy polearm, THE GAME IS FREAKIN AWESOME!!!!!!! like god dammit, the cinematics and legions keep me in the game, and the combat system is jus like WoW so im actually good at it, im rly lookin forward to this game and actually becoming a high level / good in the game

You of all people should know that Aion's features have NOTHING on WAR's (especially story, lore, setting, character/class choice, RvR, spells [how interesting/good looking they are], mobs you fight against, quests, and billions of other things). All I will give to Aion is that it's servers are stable, there is no graphic lag, and there probably won't be any in large "sieges".

You really can't compare Aion's story and lore to WAR's. Considering WAR got it's lore from many many years of previous media before it. Aion is new, so there really can't be anything THAT unique. Also, I'd say the spells are about even from what I've seen.

And Arc was comparing Aion's launch in regards to WAR's launch. Because even you have to admit that while WAR's launch wasn't as bad as some, it was still bad. Heck, the game right now isn't even balanced class wise.

especially story: WAR has nothing. the tabletop game yeah, the MMO nothing at all. and anyway noone bothers reading it. Aion has a metric fukton of story, no wonder its a really successful anime in east

lore: all they did wih the fantastic WAR lore was perverting and anally raping it. dark elves and chaos fighinh together,huh? LMAO
Aion the same as above, just because you have never heard anything about it doesnt mean it doenst exist...

character/class choice: that WAR have never balanced at all. its a friking mess, and 90% of the people that ever played WAR quitted because of it

RvR: WAR's RvR is laggy uninteresting,unskilled,all about zerging and door beating. Aion is like its total opposite.

spells : seriously, how low can you go to call this a feature?
funny enoug,again Aion comes out on top. look at the animations of the skills, Aion >>>>>> WAR

Quests: more or less the same,many standard go there kill this quests
Aion has a lot of cutscenes in epic quests tho. WAR has....PQs that are exactly the same, overdone and dull. everybody hates PQs at this stage...at least those that did any, since many people were stuck in low pop servers and found noone to help them complete the PQs

billions of others: as in bugs, non-working mechanics,unbalanced classes, awful gear progression, idiot lockout PvE content, awful city sieges

yeah, Aion wont have anything like that. boohooo

WAR is almost dead, they have lost well over 90% of the population in less than 1 year, and they havent done anything right yet to bring em back,more like the contrary.
I dont picture WAR surviving Aion's release, it will steal nearly all the remaining players it could have by Sept...they wont be many anyway...

actually i wonder if Aion will kill WAR,or if WAR will be already dead by then

aion siege looks really boring ... noticed that (even in fast motion) once they actually fight, noone is moving ?

id rather play wow pvp then this boring as f***- next- asian - grinder ...

or the new flavour, wintergrasp, that is even more laggy and unplayable than WAR?

wow and pvp and antonyms,good sir. everything blizzard tried in that respect fall flat on its face

anyway that is inside the fortress, what do you expect to happen there? at least it isnt a funneled stair crap-pvp like in WAR. to reach the fortress you'll have lots of epic fights in flight mode


btw, asian grinder? what do you call grind? i can cap in aion faster than in WAR,and its 100x more fun while doing so.

koreans were capping in Aion in <5 days, and that was at release, with their first chars. no alts to twink, no good stuff nor money to speed up the process. 5 days

Apparently you never really played wow or was horrible at if you think hunter's were the main threat in pvp.
