ya, the graphics and the character creation are where the fun ends -.-

Just look at the wiki at the abilities and classes. They are so insanely generic it makes me sick.

I got bored in less than a day. I am gonna transfer my pre-order to street fighter 4 or something.

Pots are stupidly cheap especially since you can be using bandages at that level and its what 50g for 10 bandages that heal for 250hp. If you dont have enough money to afford at least 200 of those at level 7+ then you cant have been doing any quests since they all give boats of money.

I could say a some of the downsides of the game but none are enough to make me want to cancel my collectors edition preorder the game is just amazing.

Its far from perfect, but after 2 years of mmorpg betas launching as "the next generation mmorpg (with boobs and more elves!)", this one looks at least rather complete.

It's the same old crappy turd.

if you put sprinkles on it, and wrap it in silk and lovely fabrics, it's still the same stinking putrid turd, it's just wrapped around a cover.

I only liked the graphics, but then I got into game and looked at the movement and was like "aw".

Ive played most if not all mmorpgs up-to-date and all p2p mmorpgs for at least a month or two. If you are saying this game is "the same old crappy turd" then the mmorpg genre is not for you.

The last game someone like you can put all hope into is DC universe and The old republic. If your still saying the same things after that then your expectations are set too high and you need to go back to single player rpgs.

The same people who dislike Aion probably dislike most MMOs. :| Everything is too generic for them. lol

Anyway, I preordered mine, but stupid Gamestop (<3) didn't give me my beta key, so I is sad. I'll get it between now and the next test though.

Aion is a HUGE piece of generic dung. And I'm not talking about the dung that's healthy if you use it on your plants as compost, I'm talking about the one where if you put them in your soil, it corrupts your soil, dries your crops, and poisons your whole village.

I was looking forward to it, and put a order in for it. But now i'm kinda turned off from this game. Graphics+custimization is great to have, but your whole game can't be based off it. After seeing more of the game it really does seem like a empty shell. And i agree with the person about the turd with sparkles on it, or w.e he said lol. And not when it comes to the genre(not like we need more of these kinda of fantasy games anyway), but the fact that it feels like im playing a (mediocre btw) f2p game with shiny graphics, which isn't enough for me.

Also, i know having classes like mages and preist, scout, and rogues type classes is apart of the genre, but can't they get a little more creative with this.

Edit: after i reread my post , i think what im trying to say is it's just to generic with not much content to back it up

haha i preordered aion today.. apparently the download is going aroun 100 kbs - 200 kbs and its taking over 10 hours cuz its 5.4 gb
