I've been a RunUp member since sometime last year, signing up for the CB was easy because the link provided in the OP of this thread is a single form no other things on the page, however I think you still need a regular RunUp membership to play ECO.

Seems that way. You gotta have a regular RunUp membership, then make a separate account for ECO, then link them together to activate the game.

Did it anyway just to be sure. But that's a pretty bad system if you actually need to do that, IMHO.
