I would have to split it between City of Heroes and Fungwan Online. City of heroes did too much for me, from creativity to getting me interested in Roleplaying. Making backstories for, and keeping into each characters personality made it way more enjoyable to push through the levels.

Fungwan had a beautiful community when it was populated, and the 5 fixed clans that were put into the game split us in the way of a Horde to Alliance thing. Even so, I ended up finding a relationship with a guy of a different clan. It was kind of Rome & Juliet like. Obviously, it didn't work out.. Still, I hold dear memories of the game.

ragnarok online ofcource =) it was my first mmorpg ever, and it was a new world opening up for me. i remember i couldnt put it together in my little head back then all those walking characters were actually controlled by REAL people untill like 1 hour later =p i just came from the ps1/ps2 (not sure) so i never even heard of these type of games.
it was a wicked time, and i get a warm fuzzy feeling everytime i see a screenshot of RO. strangely when i actually play it now i dont got that same feeling for some reason lol, only screenshots do the trick xD but thats just because its getting old now. just like D2, its pretty much the same story, but i still play that game now and then

Like a lot of people, runescape classic. Ahh, back in the day of being like 10 or 11 and i was seraching around for games. and then i saw "Runescape, Fight, Multiplayer" those were the only words i read and i was like "COOL!" *Click* saw the graphics and i was like MUST MAKE CHARACTER. after spending a buncha time making a character, i went off to play. and i was in lumbridge. and i saw other players and i was like "helllllo?" and people were like "hi!" and iwas like "r u real pplz or robotz?" "we're real lol" and i was like "omg! where r u frum?" "Washington DC" "omguh kool. im frum california" and then i started clicking around, found the chickens and cows, started fighting. then i wandered off and got killed by a highway man and cried. i logged out and stopped playing. then i forgot to favorite the site, another reason why i played was because i didnt have to download anything. i eventually found it again like a week later. played til i was like 15 (2006). ahhh whenver i play a *cough* server. i get all giggly and i say "I REMEMBER THAT!"

In my younger years I played Runescape Classic, man it sure was awesome back then, too bad you can't play it anymore. one time I persuaded my friend to give me his account pass and user and I jacked it just because I was so addicted to runescape back then, I told him some scammer changed the pass and he fell for it.

(Off-topic: Hey last, do you remember me? We played the japanese DOMO back before the english one came out, I got to about level 20 or so, then stopped playing for various reasons.)

On-topic: Two games will always have a nice, solid place in my heart.

PSO PC: I remember I had bought the PSO for the dreamcast and was loving it, then a month or so later I found out that you could get online with it and play with other people, and I wanted to do it so bad. But, however, I couldn't because we had dial-up, or something like that and it wouldn't let the dreamcast connect to the internet. Anyway, I, as a 11 or 12 year old, set out in search of a way to connect my dreamcast to the internet. In my search, I found out that there was a PC version that you could download the trial for. (Back when you had to pay for the game). So I downloaded the trial and was just walking around randomly when I saw alot of sonic characters, and some other random sprites that I didn't think you could play as. That's when I learned about how to hack on PSO, and I even made my own clan and what not. It was really fun. I ended up playing the game for about 2 years, and the time I spent with all my really close friends I met on there will never be forgotten, since I played with alot of them for about 4-5 more years after that, and still talk to a few of them.

The second game is City of Heroes: This was actually the game that pulled me away from PSO. My brother-in-law come over to my house one day and was playing it on his laptop, and I loved superheroes so I was amazed by it. He let me play it one day, and I started playing it for about 3 months. After that, I think I moved onto WoW for a few months, then onto other games. However, last year I went back to CoH, and that's how I learned how to role-play and make backgrounds for my characters and everything. I really think that is what makes City of Heroes so good, the customization for one, but then also the community and the role-playing. For me, if I wasn't role-playing I probably wouldn't have played CoH for as long as I did.

And wow. That was alot more text than I was planning on typing. :| Oh well.

My old self liked classic RS, but now I don't. No mmorpg really. A few rpg console games I have fond memories of, but that's all.

I feel old for saying this but..

Ultima Online...

The game was amazing. Breaking into peoples home and stealing stuff...I was a mountain man killing bears skinning living off the land. God that was such a amazing game.

Everquest 1 before they even updated the graphics. My half elf was called bucket head all the time oh and I still can hear people ask for Sow everytime I hear buff me.
