i'd honestly say if you were going to stick to the game, then runes of magic.
From my experience ingame i had a lot of fun, and it reminded me that basically this is WoW for free, so i had even more fun. The skills such as crafting with armor is so much easier than on WoW and you can start it earlier and much more easier. Now if you have frets about leaving then i would definately suggest a Cabal *cough* server until RoM gets their *cough* servers... I am going to a get a cabal *cough* server right now. |

both are two different games...different visuals, model design, storyline, classes, weapons, armor, items, etc, etc...
can't really compare the two by what they have in common or not in common...but by what you are looking for in a game. If you are looking for some hardcore grinding, skill grinding, and farming materials/items for money, with a plus side of flashy/cool skill animations, go with Cabal Online. If you are looking for something similar to World of Warcraft, but don't want to pay monthly, then go with Runes of Magic. Enough said. |

To the OP: I recommend both games, but both are so different it depends on your style of playing - try them both and see which one you like better.
