Common knowledge of how the internet works leads me to believe this will completely and totally fail...unless they are hiding some billion dollar secretly created monster internet machine that can crank out packets at about 20x the normal speeds this isn't going to be possible without some severe input/graphical lag.

That isn't the same thing, I'm not saying the speed of the internet will never advance because it will, I'm just saying that at this point in time it costs way too much and gives speeds way too slow to even think about this type of thing not having some form of lag.

Put it this way, if it was possible don't you think a millionaire company like blizzard or ncsoft would have come out with the technology to have no lag before a small chinese company+david perry did?

The game(s) showcased is running a bit to good, I'd say it's running from a remote server inside his home.
