Since I'm broke half the time and will probably never get the coin to afford a new computer I need your guys help on what to buy so this Piece of shit can turn into gold...

You will need some more RAM and a graphics card. If you have some more money maybe CPU?

I'm not great with hardware so can't recommend which ones to get.

I could probably get RAM, but the CPU and GFX card will have to come later.
I'm really trying to get enough decent things in this hunk o junk to run at least HL2 or neotokyo, at least on low/lowest.
I WANT to run HL2 for G-mod/deatmatch and if I'm lucky enough even Neotokyo

I can get around 200 in the next week or two, I need to get a decent job soon.

I'm going for the Canadian build. Have about half the money so far. Might change some parts to even better. Anyways, RAM is a good choice.

Not much. I think saving will be much better. Your computer is pretty old, so parts will be expensive and rare. Upgrading your ram to 2GB will cost at least $50. Video card is probably AGP, which is basically abandoned if you don't know, so a card with last gen's tech will be at least $100 if it was a gamer's card. Your CPU can't be upgraded unless it's a LGA 775 socket, which I doubt.
