It loads webpages so slow though (once it starts streaming it's usually ok), but I'd be able to check 10 webpages on my computer before it half loaded one.

If you dont want to read this all then go to the bottom where i sum it up
My friend whos house i go over very often has all 3 next gen systems. He prefers his ps3 over the other two dont ask me why i was just content with that opinion. Now when i use the 360 controller i really don't like it, maybe because i usually play a ps3 since i got one. But the controller is huge which makes it harder to reach the analog stick. Also the analog sticks aren't as easy to move as the ps3 ones. Another thing i don't like is that to bring data over to other peoples 360 is by replacing HDD's or paying for a memory card. Now he has an elite and it still sometimes receives part of the red ring when either you tap it. Also i rarely hear people talk about the xboxlive arcade thing. Now the online community generally isnt better, it's just that more people play that since it came out like a year before the ps3. Also more people have mics on there which can sometimes make games more enjoyable. This system does have some very nice exclusives such as Vesperia, but im content with Abyss or Symphonia. I go over there to play these: -Halo 3(Its fun online, sometimes REALLY gay though since some people just camp a lot MORE THEN other shooters) -Tales of Vesperia (Dont say thats a super plus since there are like other games from the seires on the other systems. IMO Tales of Symphonia II on the Wii is best) -GOWII (Just campaign though, the multiplayer is lacking) __________________________________________________ ______________ The PS3 is just as bad, mine tends to freeze up sometimes. Sometimes the browser can be slow but not most of the time. Annoying DNS error that gets spammed in your face over and over sometimes. This thing does generate some serious heat although the fan usually keeps the system cool. The system does tend to "lag" sometimes if your like playing music on it or chatting with someone. The system's "party system" kinda sucks balls. The 360's is WAY better. I mean you can voice chat with someone even if your not in the game with them. There's party and game chat. The PS3 does have its good points though. Such as having a large HDD (in the newer versions at least) Also its very easy to get a new one. You can buy a cheap laptop HDD. The system can store and play music while you browse the web and can play videos. You will spend sometime on the main menu so having easily customizable themes is nice. The XMB is also much easier to navigate then the 360's. It's also easy to transfer data, just plug in something that connects with usb and there you go. Built in Wireless and bluetooth capabilities (bluetooth is more then just the mic people). Also you can install OS on it if you wanted although i dont know why someone would. Now the PlayStation store is pretty awesome and gives good deals on classics. Now the games that i play mostly on the ps3 is: -InFamous (Fun but no replay value) -Little Big Planet (Sure it has online but i prefer to play with my own friends) -Resistance 2 (A nice fast paced Shooter with large online, the Co op is alright i guess...) -FFVII -Playstation Home (Nice free sims like thing to go on with friends and play games, online people are odd though) __________________________________________________ _____________ To sum it up heres the pros and cons 360 Pros: -Larger but not generally better online community -Easy to communicate in games and sutff (People actually talk) -Nice exclusives -Cheaper then ps3 Cons: -IMO controller is kinda to large -Doesnt freeze but it likes to randomly stop with a red ring -Confusing Menu -Buttons and Analog sticks are harder to use (bear with me) PS3 Pros: -Many features -Online rarely has any laggers -Rarely any immature people -Some good exclusives, not as much as 360 though -Online store is Awesome -Browser = Win (not always near a computer you know) Cons: -Tends to freeze sometimes -Doesn't emphasize online interaction -System Lags sometimes -Online gameplay isnt always good 360s usually is Pretty much if you want a system for PURE gaming then get the 360 although not everyone can pay for live, so if you dont pay for it then might as well not get it. If you want a system with many features such has connecting your PSP to go online or music and videos then this is your thing. Not to mention the web Browser. Remember the developers are Microsoft then Sony Computer Entertainment I think i prefer the ps3 over the 360 for its features more then its games
