Sluggish as in controller reaction time. I could notice a delay between moving the analog stick and my character actually aiming in that direction. It has some sort of feedback too, which doesn't work well when trying to play games online.

Ok well, since Assassins Creed and COD4 are multiplat, they don't count.

And ok, I'll give you that Rachet and Clank games are good wholesome fun.

But the rest of the list, doesn't exactly blow me away.

Anyway, from what I understand TC can't get paid online, so that is a big blow to the 360 as far as that is concerned.

The last I'll say in this thread is that the 360 has more enjoyable games available just on Arcade than PS3 does in it's entirety. In my own opinion, naturally.


Edit: Hey Bryan, is that with a wired or wireless controller? It is pretty much impossible to play shooters with any kind of consistency with a wired controller. I have 2 wired and 2 wireless, and I only see that prob with the wireds.

I have neither Xbox 360 or Playstation 3, but I am pretty sure Prototype is available for both consoles, which would destroy that fact in this argument.

As of right now xbox live is indeed 10x better the psn.
But a few updates can fix that !

hard drive can only be microsoft's, wireless adapter, batteries???? lol it should have been like the ps3. Charge and play no batteries. Also you're not limited to microsoft's headset. Any bluetooth headset will work! I got mine for 10 bucks and it works wonder. You have alot of freedom with the ps3.

Not dissing the 360 in anyways. They both have good games. I got it for halo. My ps3 is for God of war 3 and the still waiting Kingdom Hearts!

I have had my Xbox for about a year now. Its one of the newer systems were the failure rate was drastically reduced, but still possible. So far I have put a lot of mileage on my system and have yet to get any problems. I did scratch one disc, but that was completely my problem. Otherwise I play most games off the hard drive now anyways, the ones I play a lot, and delete them when I am done. So me personally I would get an 360, but that's because it has a lot of games I enjoy. If I had a PS3 I would be playing at most maybe 4 games that are out for it at the moment.

Now as for games? Well that is all a matter of opinion and I hate when people list off their favorite games because just like any art it's debatable as to what you like compared to what another person likes. I loved Star Ocean, but I also know many people who thought it sucked. So when it comes to console wars it just becomes a never ending shit flinging battle were people hug to their consoles like the company has just made love to them. I find it quite hilarious actually

Now to the OP. Like I stated before if you are looking for an answer as to which one to buy you are not going to get a straight answer here. What you need to do is sit down and go through a whole bunch of different gaming sites and look at which console has the better gaming line-up FOR YOU, not anyone else, because 300 - 400 dollars is a lot of money to spend on a console you wouldn't play. Not to mention the 20-60 dollars per game you would be spending. It gets expensive out there.

So go through game sites like gamefaqs, IGN, Gamespot, ect... and take a look at the games available for each system and base your opinion on that. Not the nerd rages of the crazy console lovers on this website.

Not gamespot it's a been a total garbage site ever since that Kane and Abel crap they pulled. Can't really trust a review if the reviewers get fired if they say something bad about a game that advertises on their site.
