Any comments on the card?

If you have the time, a benchmark and a review would be nice.

Like;
Which card-brand, which cooling, which clocks how mod-able, how does it work altogether, how does it work with your other components, etc.

@card:
Yea it's good, I am not an ATI fan anymore though (used to be; I would outline how over the average it is and actually sporting excellent features, but I learned that reality is different to theories).

Its an ecellent card for the price, especially if you snatch one of the sub $100 ones you can see on newegg

129$+10$ for lifetime warranty. Now if you excuse me I have to go shit bricks from the last minute of crysis OMGZ.
I used to have a 8800GTS 320mb which by golly can still run most games at max. I just need the 4850 to run GTAIV ROFL. 129$ to run gta4=Win

Odd to hear you say that;
I was just remembering that ATI had severe issues with GTA 4 on release, refusing to run and being comparably much slower on those cards after they fixed that.

Not to mention how pathetic the game ran overall; Unmatched in that category I must say...

Shame GTA4 sucks balls =/

The 4850 is a great card, i was looking at one myself, i was looking at the xfx 4850 xxx edition.

BTW how big is this card do you know? i know it's quite big, but whats the measurements/what can you compare it too?

Blame nvidia too, my 9800GX2 ran like horse shit on GTA4, I got like 8-10 fps, and it wasn't even close to maxed out detail. After a few patches the performance got better, but it still wasn't that great.

I heard it's about 9.5 inches or so, it's smaller than the GTX 260, which is about 10.5 inches.

Anyway, as for the OP's comment request, I say turn the fan up. My brother has the same card and it idles a little over 50C, which I say is pretty hot compared to my Nvidia at 40C.
