Can I call this an advancement in technology?

The tooth doesn't do anything aside from act as an anchor. They choose to do it this way because plastics may have been rejected - the tooth has natural properties and won't be rejected by the body.

Depending on what muscles survived, he probably can't focus on anything or even move his new eye around.

Still, it must be amazing to be able to see again.

I dont know how they use his tooth for him to see again but that is ****ing crazy im speechless technology has really come along way. Wonder if they use this for other blind ppl that were borned blind or have other conditions that ccause them their sight.
