2.5d are isometric games like Ragnarok, Goonzu, Secret of Solstice, etc.
2d are straight up 2d like Maplestory.

Almost damn near every mmo has a rogue class btw.

well i was going to suggest Ragnarok but guess not.

Lord of the rings has a Buglar class which isn't a DPS class but more of a Debuffer that can melee.
