You won't be warned or banned because you're doing nothing wrong. You're making outrageously ridiculous arguments that are wrong and make no sense, but you've been relatively civil about it. No issues with me.

He is an obvious troll and has undermined anything he said by launching such a barrage in his first few posts.

I have given him a temp ban in the event that he isn't the troll of another member. When he cools off, he can return.

I've been there before, the old "He's a mod so we can't win.". You can't win because you're wrong and can't debate properly. That's not my fault.

Now, either you discuss comics (In any way, shape or form), or you leave the thread.

eh well, I didn't see any personal attacks in his posts. By the way, aren't members supposed to receive warns or infractions before they receive a ban?

Members, not (More than likely) trolls who announce their presense in a manner that suggests they will be nothing but a problem for this forum.

If a mod or admin disagrees, they can overrule my decision.
