Oh yeah is it hard to add a bank account to paypal?
all we have to do is enter routing number and account number?

And I think I'm gonna go find other sellers who live in my area. Hong Kong is just too far.

Not that hard. Takes a few min to add and I think a couple of days to confirm by mail or you can just hit up your bank and ask for the amount that paypal deposits.

Using fake details, then giving it away is a sure fire way to lose all your money. I have a real account, both ebay and paypal and people still try to scam me on ebay. Good thing is I can always get my money back.

Wait, why can't you just send the money to him? IIRC you can still send $$$ if you're not verified.

Nope sending limit without having it verified is 0

The spending limit on an unverified account is five hundred dollars.

try to get in contact with him... maybe you can pay him up via Western Union or any global remittances available.. since, it is the easiest way and you don't think he'll scam you, do this.

So if I go linking my paypal account to my ebay account and It happens to not work, do i get anything for it?

And i contacted paypal's customer support and they say I cant do anything without adding whatever.
