if you click buy now on ebay
then choose paypal as the payment method it should let you pay for it.

I know ive done it with an unverified paypal account.

why don't you contact the seller at explain you have an unverified paypal account and if you can still buy the item.

there is no need to give him the account. just buy it through ebay like everyone, i use paypal for all my ebay purchases, that way if i get scammed i can contact paypal and get my money back.

Okay, So I click buy now, check all of the item and click continue.
Then it said choose payment method which has paypal highlighted and prompts me to login.
Which I am doing at this moment.
And this is the crap it gives me.

Paypal is phail, bs system nobody can do anything with it if they don't have cards and what not.
