The game I envision is one with:
- NO click-and-point/click-and-wait action or movement whatsoever.
- an open world where one can explore and meet new players, monsters, etc. Meaning, no room-based or stage-based games.
- is 3D

No such game exists! Most games I come across have at max only 2 of these qualities. I would have chosen Dragon Nest if it had an open world.

lol WoW and RoM are target based so nameing those two would make it seem like it dont exist.
There ryl/Row were u can free hit but u still have to have them in your target to hit them with the bow or magic and once u do get them in your target its not like they can dodge it ,so its still kinda target based.
The kinda untarget based mmorpg the op wants im sure doesnt exist.
endless ages was actualy pure no target based mmorpg but never got very popular and think had to shutdown.
Theres one thats been in the works and spose to come out sometime this year called "mortal online" youtube it and check it out im sure thats the cosest your gonna get to what your looking for.

Nowhere in his list of qualities do I see anything about being target based. If by point and click/click and wait he if referring to combat, then never mind.

Dungeons and Dragons Online is like what you are saying. You don't auto attack/target, you have to click to swing your weapon. You also have to hold down a button to raise your shield if you have one. There is a free trial. Try it out. I am about to go back to it because of the great quests, the amazing community, the perfect storyline, and the fast paced action.

I think you'd enjoy DRAGONICA. It's a free roam no target button mashing fast paced goodness, it really is a fun hack and slash MMORPG with solid classes and advancements. It's also not instanced unless you're doing the stages for gear, you can just quest in the open world and just run into people and such in each zone.

One thing you may dislike is that it's 2.5D pretty much, you can move all around but not all the time.
