I havent really played L2 although I have played private servers but it wasnt to long till I dropped it. This middle kingdoms is a qued pvp like BGs on WoW right? I thought that qued PvP is low populated....

Correct, theres not a lot of queued PvP. There is a lot of open world pvp going on tho(aka ganking).
