hmmm

she deserves it for neglecting the officers warning, and running away, but couldnt the officer shoot her in the legs or atleast below her ****ing torso?

unless he went "hur dur headshot"

Where the taser landed was something else.

but you NEVER ever run from the police. that alone can cause quite a stir.

on foot is the same as in a car.

Yeah, when you're runnin from the police you did something wrong but...
He knew what was the whole situation, like she wasn't suspicious of having drugs on her or something. o_0

He obviously caught up with her to be able to stop her, too. I'm sure a little girl wouldn't have been that hard to just.. stop or lift up & carry over his shoulder. xD

Ok she ran from the cops it not like she had a weapon or something. Was she drunk driving no did she have a gun no. I don't see why he shot her oh I can't catch up let me shot. Honestly if your that out of shape to catch up to a 14 year old you shouldn't be on the field. I'm guessing if she got shot with a gun and died you guess would also say she deserved it. You guys have a nice positive outlook on life.
