There just doing there job, jeez...

You dont run from cops, you dont argue with them.. just do what they ask and move on... that is all... this situation would have never happened and it would have all been over

stupid girl, dont ****ing run...

I hate how people get mad about cops always searching teens and stuff getting searched... well why shouldnt they search them... it wouldnt happen if society wasnt so ****ed up.

Read the ****ing article. He warned her. He told her to stop running and warned her about the ****ing taser. What did she do. She ran more. If I was the officer I probably would have done the samething. I enforce the law. If you don't listen to me something will happen. OK, first of all there was no crime here. The mother and daughter were having a fight and the mom took her to the cops. The girl ran away... It is ****ing normal for something like this to happen!

In my opinion the cop had no right at all to tazer this girl. It was a child and children are irrational, but that doesn't give you the right to tazer a young girl from running away from her mother. The cop didn't know how to deal with the child and instead chose to use force, and the wrong type at that. The cop is a retard and I hope the family wins their lawsuit against this officer.

There are many ways he could have handled the situation and he chose the wrong way.

Lol why did she run?You never run from the police.Im on the Police side here,the girl isnt so sweet it seems(abused her mother,sending naked pics to older men and shes 14...).So yea she should be charged not the officer.

and ppl 14 = freshman in HS. there are freshman girls on the track team who woop my *** in a 100m dash. she may have done track, police officers are more about wrsetling than running anyway. theres not one officer in my town than i have seen i wouldnt be able outrun and lose sight of within 2 minutes. also the belt ways atleast 20 lbs...

if your natural reaction to run from cops is to run, you must have done something bad, if a cop says come here, i turn into a dog and do as commanded. if you run you deserve some negative reinforcement to help you learn.

Exactly!My father is a cop for 27 years now,i know exactly how the job works.People always bash on cops and they never look to the other side.If she wasnt guilty she would've ran.And trust me i heard the excuse "i was scared" a billion times after someone ran from the cops.Its just lame.The cop did his job,he warned her,she didnt stop,he fired.Also so what if shes ****ing 14?Those girls are the biggest *****es and witches...The law is the same for everyone.
