gamengame aint a publisher, its just a platform under the korean government and some other companies for Korean game developers to showcase their games and let potential publishers to have a look and buy... think this has been repeated tons of times.

Only -now- do they bring word of "fixing" the situation.
To let their game(s) run out of control for as long has they have ? Abysmal.

Never played an Outspark hosted game, so I can't say anything about them.
GPotato seems good enough not to be runner for a "Worst MMO Host" award.
OGPlanet is a company that shouldn't be a runner for "Worst MMO Host" either, in my opinion. I've found They been good with keeping updates fairly consistant.

Run-Up is another host I'd have to disagree with being on here. I've been happy with them for a little while now.
Besides their lack of GMs, I've been happy.

try logging in Luna Online now and see the population, and tons of hackers thread in the forum.

This may be a Philippine company but nothing sucks harder than Level Up! Games Inc. It has such horrendous service that you can't expect anything profitable from them. You can even pay Game Masters to give you rare and over-upgraded items. Hell you can even bribe them to hack-delete a prominent player or guildmaster. It happens often in Ragnarok Online where more than 90% of the population are bots and that there are more than 20 hack cases a day.
