What is a better game to play? 4 story or ROM, and which isa more cash shop dependant?

RoM is the better of the 2, Imo. But it's also the more "cash shop" dependant (eventhough you can buy the Diamonds (Cash shop item thingies) from other's ingame)

If you like PvP and don't want to spend too much cash on a game, go with 4 story.

RoM ofc. 4S is not bad but....let's face it, RoM is the best f2p out there.
(Not a fanboy, i dont even play it anymore)

i have yet to see how it is the best free to play i forced myself to play it till lvl30 it has good features but it dosent appel to everybody the only game that has got my attention in along time is mabi but yea if u want a good wow clone go with rom decent game but not the best

I tried RoM three times, and I couldn't get past the annoyance of gathering, mining, and picking herbs to make things. It reminds me too much of Runescape (shivers) adn the game seems too dependant on something that should be a 'sidequest'.

4Story is nice, although the combat can be a little slow-paced. Just make sure you pic the right faction, as they're horribly unbalanced (which totally ruins the pvp aspect, for me).

I don't understand this, does 4Story have good PvP? I found it very very slowpaced.

You can purchase the herbs and stuff cheap if you don't wanna harvest them yourself.

More importantly than buying diamonds - you can buy cash shop stuff with Phirus Tokens - which are items you get from doing your daily quests.

They're both above average F2P games and you can't really go wrong playing either, I enjoy RoM a bit more, but I have nothing against 4Story and territory wars are pretty fun.

In 4Story, just make sure you're an archer and stay far far away from the mage.

In Runes of Magic, it's the exact opposite.
