It seems that you were in a hurry and your post doesn't teach anything in detail, nor it makes too much sense. Also, too little examples.
You can only confuse people making posts like "this is like this, this is like that, that's my way of understanding it, if you don't understand, I don't care".
If you're going to teach someone from the start, write about everything in detail and give more examples, or just give links to some resources on learning japanese.

Just leave the guide about how to use a JP keyboard and link to wikipedia about writing kana.
