I got the same problem, i seen it's IP Blocked? i'm from Europe anyway, how do i can play it?

IPs are STILL blocked. Where did you get the idea the block was removed anyway.
Search for proxies and use them with Proxifier.
ITS THAT SIMPLE.
*ahem*
European players will be happy to know that a teaser site was set up for Nexon Europe recently (if I recall, either that or a facebook group). The bad news is that it is called Vindictus.
So european players will just have to wait slightly longer.
I personally gave up on KR a while ago, tired of using proxies and what not.
