I want to download it, I really do, but from the screenshots, and from what I've heard, this game is one of those games that is 'Not teh sh!t'

can someone explain the uniqueness of it and why I should download it?

Turn based fighting is not a reason.

Mercenary system- You will have a chance recruit up to 9 mercenaries including your main character. So, you can choose different characters like, Archer,Swordsman,Spearman,Axeman,Shaman, Monk etch. This was depends on your build.

Auto -move- This is my favorite feature actually, it really helps me a lot doing quest. Because of the vast world of atlantica you might lost. This feature directs you to your location depends on your quest.

Free League- The Free Leagues allow players to hone their combat skills through continuous competition with other players at similar levels.There are eight (8)competitions per day (every 3 hours) that last 90 minutes, and players can start registering 10 minutes before each competition begins, and still register up to 15 minutes before each competition ends. Each battle lasts 9 minutes.

Town Cotrol- A Guild can control a certain town, they can contstruct their own bldg.

Birthday system- The they when the character was created becomes it's birthday and it comes around once a year(real time) where in you can receive a gift and give exp to your mercs to level it up.

Party system- Unlike other games when you are in a party you can get high exp when they are near to you but in atlantica long distance party is really good.

Real world places- It's like traveling in real world. Because the places in atlantica was based in real world like, Beijing, Constantinople, Shanghai, Manila, Las vegas, etch.

uhmm, i like the auto battle feature of it.
the mercenary system will rack your brains out cuz there is a near endless possiblity of mercenary combination/party composition. this feature actually makes you think about strategies, your offense, defense and counterattack.
the guild, town and nation system is quite different from your usual mmo social groups
im still new to this game (lvl69) and so far these are the reasons that keeps me playing it...aside from the fact that its free

yup this game only has few a-holes, been playing for weeks and yet I haven't encounter someone who really ticks me off

Ahhhaa yeah the community specially my guild is great...

Love to chitchat with them while grinding, i don't get bored and sleepy.. lol

yup. i love my guild too. very supportive. and when few are around. the nation is also a big help. a very friendly and lively community ^^
