i have a great idea about a mmorpg called Evolution and im looking for a team to help me build it. if your interested and wanna know more about the game send me a message and ill answer all of your questions. plz join its a really good game.

Shay I will simply explain in a kind manner what these people are saying.
An idea maker is almost useless; they do not possess anything that is needed by a team. In other words you are the least likely candidate to be a recruiter. A programmer or artist is the ones who can usually create a team. An idea man is not, take yourself one step farther, become a scripter. But for that you need grade A English and be able to show motion in your scripts very well. In other words an author

We get about 10 or so people a month saying they have a great idea for a game and need a team to make it. Of those 10, none ever create the game for one reason. They do not have the skills necessary for the other people to want to join. I do not want to sound harsh but it is the reality once you get into game making. You are lucky that these people above are being nice, usually the first comment would have been a huge flame, along with every single one after that commenting on what I just wrote, using much more vulgar words.
Give the people some of your new and innovative ideas, if you have none, your chances are even less likely.

k ill explain my idea.
the game is called Evolution
you can choose from 7 different species.when you choose you will be able to see their entire evolution and their abilitys because when u start the game you start as the first step in a long evolution.
once you started the game there will be several maps only to your "age" (new people) there will be more maps each time you evolve.
the point of the game is to reach the final step in evolution and defeat the "gods" that rule the world so you can rule it. you can make teams. but be4 u reach that lvl to raise lvl you can fight and also work.
figh: you fight creatures(not players but computer)that are just like you or from other species. you can also fight other players but that wont give you experience
work: there are several jobs, a lot of them, some of them r: builder(make houses, stores, etc.), baker, welder, etc.
i also wanna do that all the species has the same last evolution, all finish at the same place, but im not sure about that yet. this is only a part of the whole world there is much more.
now if any1 is interested in helping me do this, cause i do no how to program even if its not much, ill be glad to recieve help or if any1 has any questions ill answer them.

What programming language do you know?

I'm usually not the one to say anything about grammer, but I can find a few in that idea of yours (If you want to be a writer):
