To answer your question, no i dont think it is Kenpachi's zankpakto(h/e u spell it), they wouldn't reveal something that important in a filler arc lol, atleast i don't think O.o(not gonna make any claims).

Also this does actually look interesting.

So this is their sword's look if they were people? That girl on the top left is probably soi fon's, its all wrong. Her banakai's just a lame cannon, so why does she look like that

Well kubo did make up the story and the art for the filler arc.

errr soi fon's bankai isn't a cannon...

Nope that's her shikai. Also Kenpachi's eyepatch was created by the technology department so it has nothing to do with his zanpakto. The big samurai is the big furry captain's sword, and the rest are anybody's guess, aside from soi fon's. Also I think the shop owner is the only person that's explicitly stated to have a female sword.
