So do you need a lvl 20+ character to create one, cause the topic in Southperry says no but I'm guessing they are basing it off of kMS.

LOL are you serious? i didnt read that anywhere,Also,each class is kind of element based (pirate is lighting,etc)

and @Xeisur,Yes you need a lvl 20,if you go on the website they show how to create a KoC

you don't read it on there use other sites too. also for this version yes soon or later they will implant the new method which doesn't need a lvl 20.
