I'd love to get into game development, especially 3d but I'm not really sure where to start. I was thinking C++ and a modeling program such as 3ds max. The only problem being is I have no prior knowledge in either. Could anyone "Spoon feed" me a bit as to where I could find some tutorials and resources etc?
Thanks ~Endrien

This girl teaches you basics of game programming, using C++, but it's not 3d, but you should learn 2d basics before going to the 3d phase.

I recommend you get involved in another project first (successful or not) to gain some experience in game design (I assisted in scripting 3 games, 2 were dropped ones being remade but my scripts are still implemented. Even though they failed I know a lot more than I did
)
