Is there any way i can get the 1st version of CO?

you can only get this from old players of CO. Try posting this on the official forum, maybe someone would be able to help you. :cool:

No reason to use the first version :P if you log into the game using the original version it will put you in bot jail.

im confused... how come you get put in botjail? also, why would someone want the 1st version?

I'm guessing that you would go to jail because it's easier to hack the first one? That's just what I'm thinking, because the second is a lot safer hack-wise.

Anyways, I think he needs some files from CO1 and not use it to play the game

Conquer 2.0 client isnt safer h/ack wise, the only real changes have been better encryption on certain files, i assume it sends you to bot jail because the old client presumably sends certain packets to the server that arent recognised or used in the new client that sets off some reaction on the server causing you to go to bot jail.

hey mesiah , i'm using co1 version ^^ well , co 1 updates to co2 i can give u the link to download it...but don't put my char at botjail o.O

no 1 can use CO 1 n e more it wont log in until it completly auto patches up to CO2 and if u stop the auto patch its will get all screwed up and not let u in the game unless its a nearley up to date patch and if by some reason u do get in u will most likly be put into botjail bc of the packet situation

yeh , bad idea...but i'm using co1 updated to co2 and it's way better cause i dont have that constipated small trojan jump..
