Yeah that basically sums it up.

I don't know about kids here in the U.S but from what I heard in Japan, kids over there have higher maturity than the kids here so... yeah.
That does not express DBZ emotional value.If anything is reminds me of the cell saga and to be honest that was quite a beautiful scene.

And the maturity thing is all bullshit.I've seen countless "mature shows" that do not match the level of emotions you'll find in DBZ or bleach.

buuuuuut...if you just continue to over simplify then i guess we can agree to disagree.

and i never said DBZ wasn't a kids show,but that doesnt mean you have to be a kid to enjoy it.

errrr no...they show it late at night, so it's not a kiddy show.
Not unless they changed it now...the first season were shown at 9pm i believe...

Bleach is aimed more at older shounen. Aka teenagers.

And US is like the cultural opposite of any Asian country.
