i wouldnt call it a kiddy show cause u damn well know teens and adults could like it just as much. the fact u call some of these animes kiddy shows makes one think its only for kids and it would be strange/odd for an adult to watch it which is stupid imo. just to call an example.. people of all ages enjoy harry potter also so u cant call it a kiddy movie anymore. lets keep it on 'all ages', or '8+' if u have to =p not a kiddy show.

anyway ontopic, i never really noticed they blacked out blood much so i didnt really miss it. anyway i asume some scenes can be a little to bloody for kids/early teens so they do it that way which is ok imo. i think there was a scene were this happened in the forest of death in naruto, when sasuke broke someone's arm and it didnt toke away the effect at all. if i hold a naruto marathon to check out like 25-50 eps each day i can be drawn in the story so much i dont even care about those small details, it gets me on the tip of my chair anyway =p

Why would ANYTHING bloody be aimed at children anywhere in the world? Your logic is abit broken, and when i say 9pm was when they Aired it on Adultswim in the US.

In Japan BLEACH is aired at late night.

Because In Japan children have more maturity then here in the U.S.

Also how I heard that in Japan they don't have that tight of censoring as in the U.S.

Also Bleach is aired at late night!! YOu have to be kidding me.........

Bleach was putted on shounen jump.

The ammount those guys curse, would seem more of a late night show, but it seems way too, "childish" sometimes to be a late night show.

1. Wrong, the mature is different from the maturity your thinking of. Japan just doesn't really care much for their future generations (eg. the kids of today), even game and variety shows have little girls out there in skimpy bikini.

2. Of course, Japanese and American culture is different. Like I said above Japan has been infected with that sort of stuff way before US has.

3. I may had worded it, I should had maybe said "Night" instead. My bad on that one, late night would had been around 10~11pm. But it's really aired around 8pm.

4. Do you even know what "Shounen" means? It means Youth or Teen, it's for kids around age 11+. The category "Children" is/can be aged around 6~10 years old, while Teen is 11~17. So please...stop getting the term children and teen mixed up in your own head. I don't care how old you are(I know you gonna bit*h to me about this later, and possibly calling me a Kid), but that's what the general public would see it.

It's just the way it is, it's good to have a laugh sometimes(I guess even KUBO didn't think he would keep BLEACH as a Battle Manga for long, as it could lose Fans). And making it "cute" sometimes helps spreading the Fame of BLEACH to more types of Ages and Gender. And it allows them to make more money by producing Plushy Dolls and other stuff...
