why ?
simple! Because the first classes "are doing fine" with just 1 of the lines specced to trans. FB/FS need dual trans until they get really good  (at least in my opinion)
means less work to get an overall good char 
but in the end you have to get to dual trans whatever class you play |
lol, yep.. every class should be dual trans eventually so it doesn't matter, your list is kinda random and incorrect o_o
