There shutting down the game even before it comes out on August 5th. Their replacing it with an online maplestory card game called itcg. There is no website for it yet only a forum.

Too bad, since there are a few people here who enjoyed the game, anyways, the official statement:

Nexon sucks.

They are pointed as the best company becuase the effort of WIZET that made maplestory the way it is, nexon takes all the credits, and now, shutted down 2 nice games(Sugar Rush and Kart Rider), hosts a very cash shop dependent social game (Yeah yeah rebirths are free, still cash shop dependent, and before the rebirths were turned free, it was almost impossible to play it without paying, now it is just dependant), hosts a VERY cash shop dependent FPS (NX players can easily beat anyone), and is now transforming the perfect maple story cash shop into something that will make it unbalanced (Meso Bags, EXP Scrolls, Vicious Hammer).

Well, I used to like nexon, now Im afraid of what it will do to DFO.

Lol I still have hopes.

Combat Arms ip blocked me on CBT and OBT

But on official launch they added Brazil.

Then I guess I can be hopeful as well.

I never really cared for Sugar Rush that much to be honest.
I do resent taking away Kart Rider, those fools.

I literally lost all respect for Nexon, waking up to news like this makes me want to go to sleep again. Sugar Rush was their BEST game, in my opinion, GREAT artwork, simple yet fun gameplay, and actually an okay storyline for what it is.

I'm trying to be as un-biased as I can be after hearing this, but it will be tough.

Well... it's not like the game disappeared completely. The devs could still sell the rights to another host. Perhaps a better host.

Actually... I'm guessing AeriaGames is all over it now.
Hell, they probably bough it already.
Hell, I expect the website and CBT announcement being launched tomorrow.

Actually your probably right. I wouldn't be surprised to see Aeria announce it on the 6th.
