This is a rather iffy subject.
There has never been an IP block before, but with the move, it may happen.
I'm currently playing from the UK, and I've owned American version (and almost never played it) for long while.

Unless the lag is bad, EU players will no doubt try to get on the American servers. And with no players Codemasters will ask Turbine to block. Though, maybe Turbine wont block.
Perhaps turbine could aim for a global version, or leave both services as they are with the new model.

The gist is, we really don't know.

If your in the Beta, or your an existing subscriber then yeah.
But you can't buy the game, or start a trial now.

there is a europe version too (not f2p). My question is : Can i play the game as a europe guy too or is there something like a ip block or something else?

"Dungeons and Dragons Online does not feature the full spectrum of alignments available in Dungeons and Dragons, instead limiting itself to only good and neutral alignments. The ability to play evil aligned characters is unavailable. Some character classes have restrictions based on alignment. A Barbarian and Bard may not be Lawful. Paladins have to be lawful good...thats the only one I remember off the top of my head.

Monks have to be lawful. Barbarians CAN'T be lawful.
